Bulletproof Bone Broth

If you’re not a coffee or matcha fan, or perhaps you want to try something a little different, then try this Bulletproof Broth recipe.  Nutritionist and gut health guru Jordie loves adding additional turmeric, ginger and apple cider vinegar because they taste amazing and reduce inflammation.

 Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Meadow & Marrow Bone Broth - Natural
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1-2 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp gelatin mixed into 2 Tbsp filtered water (allow to bloom/ thicken)
  • 1 tbsp Brain Octane Oil or MCT oil (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional Add Ins: turmeric, ginger, lemon, pepper, chilli, herbs etc  

Method

  1. Add all your ingredients to a saucepan and heat on a medium heat. Use a spoon to stir the mix until the gelatin has completely dissolved
  2. When the broth has heated up and is ready, pour it into your blender and blitz for 30 seconds or until its frothy and creamy
  3. Taste a little bit. If it needs more seasoning, add more to taste and re-blend
  4. When it hits the spot, pour into 2 mugs and enjoy
